UK Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please Submit a Ticket and a member of our Customer Service Team will be in touch.

All our UK products are sold with a 14-day money back guarantee when they are returned within the 14 days of receiving your order/products.

Returns can only be accepted of products that are unused, still in their original packaging or with their tags still attached. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of customised or "made to order" products.

In the interest of health and hygiene we do not accept returns of clothing, pierced earrings/jewellery or any baby products unless the product is faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Currently we are unable to offer a free returns service but please be assured that we are working hard to have this implemented for our customers.

Please make sure to include in your parcel a note of your order number, name and address along with the reason for your return to ensure a smooth resolution. We also ask that you to securely package the item as anything damaged in the post and returned to us due to being insufficiently packaged may receive no refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to retain proof of postage when returning the parcel back to us. In the unlikely event that your item is lost in transit Unineed cannot accept responsibility and will only be able to refund or replace once it reaches our warehouse or proof of transit claim has been submitted. We aim to refund within 3 days of receipt.

If your order is returned to our warehouse for being undeliverable, it is not collected from a named collection point or if the address was incorrect, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit.

Please note - only the value of your order will be refunded. If you paid extra for shipping service this will not be reimbursed.

We are a UK based company with International capabilities. All our parcels are shipped from Scotland to Europe. From there, the parcels are shipped to their destination countries. Once your parcel arrives in the destination country, it will be inspected by Customs and released to the local distribution network.

You may incur additional import fees when buying products from abroad. In this instance, you may be required to pay Customs an additional import fee to release your parcel.

Please check the Customs website of the receiving Country for information about rates & fees. If you are charged import fees, please send us a photocopy of the receipts you have paid to receive the following:

Order Value is £200.00 and Over, we will credit your Unineed Credit Account £30.00
